Spreadsheet/Survey

What did I do?
For this assignment I had to create a google form survey. I created a survey about college.
What did I learn?
I think the hardest part was just making sure I used each question type and coming up with questions. Anyone can take this survey you don't have to be logged in, all you need is access to the Internet and the form.
How will I use it?
I could use this survey or create another to collect any type of information that I needed to know about my students, parents, staff, or school related activities. I wouldn't have the need for this in my classroom but I could use it to get feed back from my parents. My students are mostly nonverbal and it is nice to hear from my parents.

ISTE NETS-T Standards

The standard that is most related to this activity is 4-d and 5-c. The first standard allows me to develop and model cultural understanding and engage student learning with digital-age communication.  This standard allows me to evaluate my classmates and allowed to me create a digital tool and resources that support my learning.
